I’ll admit it, hands down… I am a complete sucker for baby clothes. Sure, I could buy used clothes or accept the hand-me-downs from friends and family, but that just doesn’t seem as fun. This weekend I found myself coming home with a huge bag of clothes for my 9 month old daughter, Sadie. They were, although a few years premature, back-to-school clothes. As I was out running errands, I found myself caught in the excitement of back-to-school shopping. NOW is the time to buy fleece, denim, and corduroys. Growing up, this was my favorite time of the year and now that I have my own child, I have an excuse to get back out there shopping for the latest fall fashions. (Plus, I’m getting a little bored with the summer clothes for babies.)
I know it isn’t the best way to spend my money, but I have come to accept that it is probably one of the only things I really splurge on. Sure, she’ll spit up on them, drool on them, and outgrow them, but I am okay with that. So I’m wondering… what’s the one money pit you have that you’re okay with?

I totally get where you’re coming from. I do the same thing! My “money pit” is going to the movies. It keeps getting more and more expensive, but it is a date night with my husband so it’s worth it.
